The capsules in the bottle I just received don’t look quite as full as the capsules in the last bottle I had. Is this normal? And does this mean there’s less Berberine in the capsule?

In the past year or so, we have been seeing some natural variability in the flow and density of our Berberine material. Sometimes, the material is more granular/fine; sometimes, it is more powdery/clumpy. Both materials test out fine with all of our testing, but visible natural variations between lots exist. As the berberine in this dietary supplement is a high percentage of the overall pill, these variations can be visible to the naked eye. We are working with the supplier of this raw material to see if we can get a more consistent visual material.

A:	No, Berberine Complex Supplement does not contain soy.

Q:	What is alpha-lipoic acid?
A:	Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is a naturally occurring compound used to process carbohydrates to make energy.

Q:	Can Berberine Complex Supplement be taken in conjunction with blood pressure medications?
A:	Because berberine can lower blood pressure, it should be used with caution in conjunction with blood pressure medications as the combination may cause hypotension (low blood pressure).
