Cooper Complete® Zinc Gummy supplement is recommended for those who need additional immune support over the 15 mg zinc contained in all Cooper Complete Original and Basic One adult multivitamins.†

How to Use:

As a dietary supplement, children ages 4 and up take one (1) gummy daily with a meal. Adults take one (1) gummy, 1-2 times daily, with food or as directed by your health care professional. 12 mg Zinc (from Zinc Citrate) per gummy. Natural blueberry flavor. Each bottle contains 100 gummies.

How It Helps

Cooper Complete® Zinc Gummy supplement contains 12 mg zinc per gummy.  Gummies are blueberry-flavored and contain less than 0.5 gram of added sugars per gummy. Zinc promotes healthy immune function and an essential mineral important to DNA and protein synthesis and nutrient utilization. Optimal blood levels of zinc are also associated with a positive mood. Zinc supplementation is known to improve the efficacy of antidepressant drugs.

While zinc deficiency is uncommon in the United States, vegetarians and vegans may need supplementation as their diet doesn’t include meat. In addition, those with digestive disorders or who have had weight loss or gastrointestinal surgery may not get enough zinc through food. Heavy drinkers may also need supplemental zinc as alcohol decreases zinc absorption.

Cooper Complete Zinc Gummies are recommended for ages 4 and up who want to increase their zinc intake.

Each bottle of Zinc Gummy supplements contains 100 natural blueberry-flavored gummies. Children age 4 and older take one (1) gummy daily with food, while adults take one (1) gummy 1-2 times daily with food. Adults should not exceed nine may consume one (1) lozenge every two hours while awake, not to exceed eight (8) gummies per day.

Cooper Complete Original and Basic One multivitamins contain 15 mg zinc. Zinc Gummies are an option for individuals who have been advised by their physician they need additional zinc supplementation.
