As part of the Customer Relations team at Cooper Complete® Nutritional Supplements, Karen Mendow is often the first friendly voice customers hear when they contact our office. Since joining Cooper Complete in 2018, Karen has provided helpful, personalized service to ensure every customer receives the support they need to make confident supplement choices.

Originally from Henderson, Texas, Karen studied Agriculture at Kilgore College and Texas Tech University before settling in the Dallas area. Her background in agriculture reflects her lifelong interest in health, science, and the connection between nutrition and well-being.

Karen appreciates the active lifestyle encouraged at Cooper Aerobics and is working to make regular exercise a lasting habit. Outside of work, Karen loves to bake, craft, walk her four rescue Boston Terriers, and encourage her husband to share in her ongoing efforts to make healthy living a family priority.
