Shipping Methods and Rates
Most orders ship the same day they are received from our Dallas, Texas warehouse. Depending on the distance from our warehouse, your order will ship either SmartPost or USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Our shipping partners are experiencing unprecedented volume and shipping delays, so your package may take longer than usual to arrive.
Orders do not ship on weekends and major holidays.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses ship priority mail and typically take approximately one week to deliver.
Please Note: Standing Orders with two (or more) bottles of product in a shipment always ship free.

If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please return the unused item(s) to us for a full and prompt refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name and contact information (phone number and/or email) with the return so we can ensure the purchase is credited back to you. Although it isn’t required, we would also appreciate an explanation of the reason for your return. If you would like to exchange the merchandise, please let us know what you would like instead.

Returned shipments are promptly opened and processed. Your refund will be issued to the payment method (credit or debit card, Amazon Pay, PayPal, or Amazon account) used at the time of purchase. (If you made your purchase using a check, it might take up to three weeks to receive the refund check.)
If you share your email with us at the time of purchase, we will email you to let you know we have received and processed your return.
