What It Is

Cooper Complete®  L-Lysine Plus Vitamin C Supplement contains 1000 mg lysine and 2000 mg vitamin C to support connective tissue, skin and collagen health.

How to Use:

As a dietary supplement, take four (4) vegetarian capsules or as directed by your health care professional. Each bottle contains 30 servings.

How It Helps

L-Lysine Plus Vitamin C supplement combines 1000 mg l-lysine with 2000 mg vitamin C. L-lysine is an essential amino acid, which must be obtained through protein-rich foods or supplementation. A building block of protein, lysine is used by the body to produce collagen, and it aids the body in calcium absorption. Meat, fish, poultry, dairy, tofu, lentils, and beans are the primary dietary sources of lysine. L-Lysine refers to the biologically active form of lysine in supplement form.
